Reporting a Change


To report a change in household circumstances, go to the Programs You Qualify for screen. A message displays your current enrollment status. Select Next, to go to the Type of Change You Are Reporting screen and report any changes in your application.


The Type of Change You Are Reporting screen displays a list of possible changes that may apply. For each statement that is true, click a checkbox.


Based on your selections, you are directed to the appropriate screens required to report changes. For example, if you select, “my household income has recently changed,” you are directed to Income Screens to update application information.


After you make the changes, you are directed to the Application Summary screen to make any additional changes. You can then resubmit the application, and the eligibility process runs again.
