REPORT A CHANGE

Everyone who is receiving Oregon Health Plan coverage is required to tell us when something on their application changes. See the following list of things to report. When something changes, you have 30 days to report it.

These changes must be reported for everyone receiving health coverage:
  • A change of address (both home and mailing address)
  • The birth of a child
  • When a pregnancy ends
  • A death in the household
  • When someone changes their legal name
  • If anyone in your household get health coverage in a different way, such as a new job
  • A claim for a personal injury
Individuals who are 19 years and older, and who are receiving health coverage, are also required to tell us about the following changes:
  • A change in the source of income
  • A change in employment status
  • A change in earned income of more than $100
  • A change in unearned income of more than $50
