You can use ONE to apply for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). OHP is Oregon’s Medicaid program that offers free or low-cost health coverage for individuals and families who qualify. You can apply for OHP at any time. There is no “open enrollment” period for OHP.
If you don’t qualify for OHP, we’ll securely send your application information to HealthCare.gov. At HealthCare.gov, you can shop and enroll in a private health insurance plan. You may also qualify for tax credits to help pay for your private health insurance plan.
